1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jl75 website and mobile platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and jl75, operated under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and participate in real-money gaming activities on the jl75 Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. jl75 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including a government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID card).
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. jl75 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Single Account: You may register only one (1) account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, suspension, or ban from this Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To register an account with jl75, you must complete our online registration form, providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must also create a unique username and secure password.

jl75 reserves the right to verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time. This may include requesting documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership. Failure to comply with KYC requests within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify jl75 customer support and change your password. jl75 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account, except in cases of proven negligence or breach on our part.

3.3 Account Restrictions

jl75 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, abusive behavior, underage gambling, or participation in any form of collusion or cheating.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

jl75 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), over-the-counter deposits (7-Eleven), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP), with cryptocurrency deposits converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified by your chosen payment provider. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases, though certain payment methods may require up to 24 hours for processing.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jl75 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not connected to any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or proceeds of crime.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by jl75 for security or operational reasons.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱20,000 PHP may require submission of valid identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jl75 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour. Bank transfers are processed within 24 hours on business days. jl75 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity. Deposits used exclusively for bonus abuse or arbitrage betting without genuine gameplay activity may be subject to forfeiture.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

jl75 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in the promotion details and must be adhered to in full.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from bonus activation) or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jl75 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to monitor bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographical restrictions, colluding with other players, employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity deemed by jl75 to be abusive or fraudulent.

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and associated funds forfeited, and their account will be permanently suspended without prior notice.

5.3 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

jl75 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotional error or technical malfunction resulting in incorrect bonus payouts or game outcomes, jl75 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and adjust account balances accordingly.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the jl75 Platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and are independently audited by accredited third-party testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be manipulated by jl75 or any third party.

6.2 Bets and Payouts

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl75 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the original stake to the player's account balance.

Maximum win limits and payout caps may apply to certain games and are clearly stated in the individual game rules. jl75 reserves the right to split large jackpot payouts into installments at our discretion.

6.3 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, any unfinished game rounds will be held in a pending state and will be settled according to the game result once the server connection is restored. You may resume the game by logging back into your account. Live dealer games that are interrupted due to technical issues will be resolved according to the live casino provider's standard procedures.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl75 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Underage gambling (participation by any person under 21 years of age)
• Creating multiple accounts or using the accounts of other persons
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal your true location or identity
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using bots, automated software, or other artificial intelligence tools to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including credit card fraud, identity theft, or use of stolen payment methods
• Money laundering or any form of financial crime
• Verbally abusing, threatening, or harassing other players or jl75 staff
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or distributing any part of the jl75 Platform software

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl75 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses.

jl75 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for technical malfunctions, server downtime, payment processing delays caused by third-party providers, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

jl75 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs without prior notice.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jl75 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. All pending bets must be settled and any active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure. You may withdraw any remaining account balance prior to closure, subject to our standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.

9.2 Termination by jl75

jl75 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Platform. Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination was due to a material breach of these Terms.

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the jl75 Platform and you may not re-register or create a new account without our express written permission. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.

10. Changes to Terms

jl75 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, software, game titles, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the jl75 Platform are the exclusive property of jl75 or our licensed content providers and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the jl75 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, the matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
